截止2015年6月，中國(guó)鐵建高新裝備股份有限公司(簡(jiǎn)稱中國(guó)鐵建裝備)累計(jì)獲得授權(quán)專利219件，其中發(fā)明21件，實(shí)用新型173件，外觀設(shè)計(jì)25件;有效專利197件，其中發(fā)明21件，實(shí)用新型151件，外觀設(shè)計(jì)25件。

中國(guó)鐵建裝備多年來(lái)致力于中國(guó)鐵路大型養(yǎng)路機(jī)械事業(yè)，是國(guó)家鐵路大型養(yǎng)路機(jī)械工程技術(shù)研究中心的依托單位、國(guó)家鐵路大型養(yǎng)路機(jī)械高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地、國(guó)家示范性國(guó)際科技合作基地和國(guó)家重點(diǎn)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。公司建立了集大、中、小型養(yǎng)路機(jī)械研發(fā)、制造、銷售、培訓(xùn)、大修、配件供應(yīng)、線路養(yǎng)護(hù)(運(yùn)維)于一體的完整產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，是中國(guó)鐵路養(yǎng)路機(jī)械領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)。

近年來(lái)，中國(guó)鐵建裝備加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新步伐，專利授權(quán)量逐年提高。2013年獲得授權(quán)專利47件，其中發(fā)明專利2件。2014年獲得授權(quán)專利51件，其中發(fā)明專利6件，較上一年度提高了8.5%，且發(fā)明專利占比也處于增高狀態(tài)。

2013年，中國(guó)鐵建裝備3項(xiàng)專利獲得中國(guó)鐵建優(yōu)秀專利獎(jiǎng)，其中《組合式鐵路道砟運(yùn)輸機(jī)械及其作業(yè)方法》獲得優(yōu)秀發(fā)明專利獎(jiǎng)，《拉軌對(duì)正裝置》和《挖掘底梁開(kāi)合自動(dòng)控制裝置》分別獲得優(yōu)秀實(shí)用新型專利獎(jiǎng)。

2014年，中國(guó)鐵建高裝備4項(xiàng)專利獲得中國(guó)鐵建優(yōu)秀專利獎(jiǎng)。其中《轉(zhuǎn)盤式輸送機(jī)》、《一種鐵路道床側(cè)面吹吸污裝置》分別獲得優(yōu)秀發(fā)明專利獎(jiǎng)，《一種正線道岔穩(wěn)定車》、《一種集成重力和袋式除塵的集污裝置》分別獲得優(yōu)秀實(shí)用新型專利獎(jiǎng)。
